I bought one of these from your store in Feb '21, and it now has a crack on each side of the strap towards the rear.
What do I do to get it replaced under warranty?
Contact Oculus support (google to find it). I'm pretty sure these have a 2 year warranty.

In the end I went to
selected "other product purchase issue" and then "Chat" where I was able to get help.
Just to update. Support were very helpful, and it was possible to provide all required info during the chat session. An RMA was arranged and the part was replaced promptly and without issue. Thanks to all concerned - great service.
