Hello!
I think I have a serious problem. I'm trying to install an app using my smartphone app. The game is in my library on the smartphone app and when I click on “install” it’s says that is in queue. My quest 2 is online and I can even streaming to the smartphone.
One solution I found was to reset the quest 2. I did it and now my library in quest 2 is empty and in the smartphone I can’t even click on “install” because nothing happens. And the old apps like Resident Evil 4 is not in the library.
How to fix this

Hello there, @ohomemquebrinca! Don't worry! Performing a factory reset won't remove content you've purchased or downloaded from your account. Which means you're able to install them again from your account's library. Alternatively, when you go to repurchase a title you know you've already purchased, you'll have the option to install it instead of having to purchase it again.
The only issue you might have is that if you didn't have cloud backup turned on at the time you performed that factory reset, your device’s app data, like app progress or app settings, will be lost, but the good news is you'll still be able to re-install the app itself.
We hope this provides some relief and help! Please attempt to reinstall your previous purchases and install apps from your mobile app. If you experience any issues, please contact us immediately.
