The lens for my left eye is completely off. The right lens is working fine. The left lens worked fine during the tutorial and now it is completely turned off. How do I turn it back on?

Hey hey! It's definitely pretty hard to enjoy VR when half of it isn't even working. There are two main troubleshooting steps you can try here. First is pretty simple, just reboot your headset! If that doesn't work, the next thing to try is going to be a factory reset.
If after that the lens is still not working, you're going to want to submit a support ticket here: https://metaque.st/Support
The team there will be able to see if there are any other troubleshooting steps to try, and look into what else they can do to get you back into VR with two working lenses!

does it get rid of your games and accounts that you have already got on the headset or do they stay?

Heya @progamermonke. When doing a factory reset, it will delete everything from your device including the accounts and games on it. It'll basically be like you're getting your headset again for the first time, but you'll still have all of your purchased games on your account.
Before doing a factory reset though, we'd like for you to enable Cloud Backup, so that you won't lose any of your saved data for those games. To do a Cloud Backup, please follow these steps.
After that, you can go here to learn how to do a factory reset.
Again, you won't lose any of your purchased games, you'll just need to sign back into your account on the headset and redownload them.

does it get rid of my cosmetics on gorilla tag if i dont have backup on? i need to know because my headset will not turn on and my controllest wont work

Hey @progamermonke. When doing a factory reset, you'll just delete everything from your headset. By enabling Cloud Backup, you'll have all that same data when you redownload those game. You'll also keep all of your purchases made, because they are connected to your account.
As far as your headset not turning on, can you tell us if you see any LED lights when you plug it in to charge it?

hello i got it back working by holding the power button for ten seconds but i might be having the problem of the black screen of death and im afraid to do a factory reset because i dont know if the cloud backup is on by default, so i would like to know if it is on by default

That is good news at least. Cloud Backup is not on by default, but you can go here to check what games are backed up to the cloud already. When you get there, please do the following.
We know how doing a factory reset can be scary, but at this time that would be next best step to take. Again though you won't lose any of your purchases you've made on your account. You'll just need to sign back into your account, and search the games up and download them again.

i cant get into my account and enter the menu because i need to enter a password and my controllers are not connecting and my headset ceeps going into sleep mode
