After an update yesterday, my Left Controller stopped working. I can't see it in the app. If I try to add it again, it does nothing. I get the three blinks and vibration as though it synced, but it does not get added or work. The app just shows pairing.
I tried:
- Rebooting the headset.
- Turning the controllers on and off.
- Factory resetting the Left Controller
- Factory resetting the headset
After the headset was factory reset, it found the Right Controller without a problem, but the Left Controller issue persisted. I'm not sure what else to try. I bought a new game for my kid yesterday, and now he can't play. Please help.
