My Quest 2 has been working perfectly for the last few days other than it overheating from time to time, i've never has sun damage or hit it anywhere. Since yesterday it started making a weird buzzing sound when i turn it on? If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know!!

If it's been overheating the buzzing could well be the cooling fan working overime. As long as it's buzzing the fan is working - it's when it stops buzzing that you might hit problems. If under warranty, log a support ticket to have the headset replaced. If not, it's possible to replace the fan and heatsink assembly once the fan fails if you are methodical with small tools and able to follow a decent disassembly guide.
