Hello, my Quest 2 has no audio on the left hand side speaker. It also has no audio from the left if I connect wired headphones or Bluetooth headphones. I've tried a restart, checked for updates but it's up to date too. Any ideas, as I'm not sure what else to try now? I've not tried a factory reset yet as I'm reluctant having to reload all games and enter in the account details again,

Hey @allanclan.2023. Having only audio on side can be the key to you losing in a battle royale game! We want to do all that we can to your audio working for you. We understand that you don't want to do a factory reset and hopefully it doesn't come down to that.
May you please follow these steps to reboot the headset?
If that doesn't work, can you please make sure that you have cloud backup enabled with following these steps?
We know you didn't want to the factory reset, but if that reboot didn't work we are going to have to try it. You can go here to learn how to factory reset your headset.
We look forward to hearing back from you and seeing if any of this works.

Hi there, the Boot start up method using the power and volume buttons didn't work, so I followed the link to the Factory Reset method and it worked a treat 😀 As soon as the headset restarted, I could hear sound in both sides, so I am over the moon now the suggested fix worked. Thank you very much for your help, much appreciated 👍🏻

hi not the original poster here but I have the same problem. I'm connecting any headphones to my Oculus Quest2 but I can only hear it through my left ear and not my right. I've tried everything stated on your list but nothing has worked. please come back to me on this thank you!

Hello, I've had to carry out the Factory Reset twice now to regain audio in both speakers, both times have worked perfect, it's just annoying having to do it then re-download all the games again from the cloud account. I've never had headphones plugged in so haven't had the same issue as you I'm afraid. If the factory reset method doesn't work for you, it may be the headphone jack port that is playing up on yous, hope you find a solution

Hi Allan, yea I have already tried factory resetting the Oculus but it is still not working. I've tried factory resting through the app but it hadn't worked for me.
