Hi folks,
Looking to see if anyone has seen this issue:
I play via Quest Link with SteamVR,
Both controllers flick downwards and back every couple of seconds, the flick is very fast ~couplems,
It seems more noticable in FPS games e.g Breachers and H3VR,
Performance in game is perfect, no lag/fps spikes, no render spike either when the controllers drop,
It looks like both controllers drop down on the Y-Axis then pop back up to their intended positions again,
^ to add to the above - in H3VR if I had a gun/item over a table, when the "issue" occurs the gun/item would zip down then be stuck below the table as if I tried to bring the item through the table from underneath,
Aside from that tracking seems normal,
A final tidbit, I played Phantom: Covert Ops through Quest Link, and when I'm grabbing things occasionally it would just release whatever I am holding and grab whatever near my hand - I am fairly confident that it is the "issue" appearing and my controllers are going outside of what is considered the games playzone thus releasing the item and since I am still "gripping" it just grabs what is close to my hands (if an item is there),
ATTEMPTED REMEDIES:
I have tried cleaning the camera's with microfiber clothes,
Lowering graphics to ensure my render latency is at a minimum,
Unpairing then repairing my controllers,
Updating Quest 2 (I am at latest),
Quest 2 Link Settings - 120 FPS @ 1.0 Render Scale (untouched from default),
Setup: i9-13900 - RTX 3070 - 32GB RAM - M.2 SATA for Oculus/Games - SSD for OS
Anyone encounter this before/have a fix/troubleshooting steps for this one?
