I recently got a replacement for my left controller after I had issues.
Now my right controller, which shows in the app as connected with charged battery, is paired but not visible. Can't see it floating. Button presses work but no tracking. I tried resetting headset, repairing controller, but no luck. What should I do next?

Same issue started with my right controller today. I spent time on chat and they said I tried all the troubleshooting steps and said I could buy a REFURBISHED controller for $70 and then she promptly ended the chat. Very frustrating.

Yeah, they convinced me to buy the oow controller for 70$ just a couple months ago for my left controller. Now it has happened for my right?! I'm so aggravated, they can't tell me whats wrong or why it's happened but they're happy to charge me a ton of money for a product that just stops working for no reason 🍅
