everytime I plug my quest 2 in no matter the cable I use windows says USB device not recognized and that it malfunctioned I have updated countless things uninstalled and reinstalled the oculus app bought a new cable ran troubleshooting all to no avail. The computer knows it is the headset though since it pops up in device manager while plugged in and shows up as an audio option but will not do anything beyond that the oculus app doesn't recognize its there though. The only way to link it has been through air link which is just not an option with my connection. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it?
Edit: factory resetting also did not solve the problem
