Quest 2 Video Recording issue with audio sync

Hi Guys,

my QUEST 2 is recording the videos with a very big issue on audio syncing. I just finished a training session in Workrooms and the audio is out of sync of over 30 seconds on a video lenght 30 minutes... this is very bad bcause we need to re-edit it again ... 

Here you can see the recording, at the end of the video there is a "mute" 30 second video because audio is 10% more faster than video itself !!!

Hey there @Oscarrsm! We know how crucial it is for your audio to be synced, especially for training. We would love to provide you with some troubleshooting steps that may help:

  • Reboot the headset
  • Reset the Microphone:  Settings > System > Sound > Toggle Microphone
  • Make sure your Headset is up to date.
  • Last resort is a factory reset. Make sure you have cloud backup enabled so you don't lose any data!

All is fine... the issue was here in Italy with an Internet Provider (FASTWEB) that uses a NAT configuration that is not compatible with Horizon Workrooms
