I am unable to connect to the Wifi that my headset has always been connected to, when I select "connect" it states "is this wifi trusted? only allow this network to connect if the information below looks correct" but doesn't give me an option to say yes this information is correct/ is trusted. I have tried the following steps
Connecting to my mobile hotspot successfully
updating my headset (while on wifi hotspot)
hard reboot
The only other suggestions that I could find was to forget the network however it is not giving me the option to do so. (I have connected and forgotten other networks so I know how to do this), or to reboot the router which is not an option as this is a university network (which is where the headset is used)
What further steps can i try to connect my headset to this WiFi? Am I looking at a factory reset?
Ya, a factory reset and/or offline win10/11 virus checker option may be a good idea.
