Quest 2 - Wired PCVR poor performance on SteamVR games

I've been troubled by an issue for a long time. I've been trying to solve it for months but to no avail.
My PC:
GPU: RTX3060 12GB
RAM: 16GB
CPU: I7-12700H
System: Windows 11
GPU Driver: NVIDIA 546.17
VR Device: Quest 2
When using the official software for wired streaming, I set the refresh rate to 90Hz and the resolution to the recommended setting. Programs that do not rely on SteamVR run fine. However, when I run any program that relies on SteamVR, approximately ten minutes after entering SteamVR from the Quest 2, the display in the Quest 2 will suddenly stutter, and then continuously drop frames (or cause ghosting?) whenever I make any movements. This only happens within the Quest 2. I've monitored the hardware and confirmed that it maintains the same level of performance as before this issue occurs. This phenomenon occurs suddenly and has been ongoing for months.
I've tried adding SteamVR to the beta version, resetting the Quest 2, changing the USB cable, and updating the GPU driver, but nothing seems to solve the problem.

This issue does not occur when set to 72Hz. The reason I'm puzzled is that two days ago, for the first time in a long while, I didn't experience the issue at 90Hz (I ran VRChat for about two hours), but it happened again today!
My configuration should theoretically be sufficient to run at 90Hz at the recommended resolution smoothly in low-stress environments, so I cannot understand why this phenomenon occurs about ten minutes after starting.
I've tested both low-stress and high-stress maps in VRChat, and the time it takes for the issue to occur is roughly the same in both.
