The Bluetooth connection between my Quest 2 and my Xbox Wireless Series X controller kept turning on and off every minute!
The batteries are fully charged, and the latest xbox controller firmware is installed.
Experimental features like hand tracking and passthrough are turned off.
With a USB-C Cable everything works without any problems.
The Xbox Controller works even fine via Bluetooth with my notebook
or my Nvidia Shield.
Is my Quest 2 broken and should be send back to Meta to be repaired ?
I bought it in spring 2024 from the Meta store and there is still warranty from Meta !

We hope that in spite of the current issue you are enjoying everything the Quest 2 has to offer!
It can be frustrating when something like this goes wrong, so we will do the best we can to find you a solution.
If you haven't already attempted it then re-pairing the device has been successful in the past with pairing issues with an Xbox controller-
Access the settings menu and have the Quest 2 forget the device, Re-pair the device again as if it is a new connection.
If you have already tried this then can you send us the following information via Private Message and we will look into this further.
