I powered up my Quest 2 today after about four months of not playing, and everything worked as normal from my headset. I wanted to stream the game I was playing to my TV, so I logged into my (new) Meta Horizon app and signed in with Facebook (which is linked to my account). However, it created a new Meta account for me.
The new account has none of my previous games and seems to be bugged, I can't chat, view profiles, or pair it with my VR headset.
Please merge my old and new accounts. I'll provide details in private. I haven't been able to reach support via DM.
