So I got kind of a weird problem. I have been using a Quest 2 for the better of 2 years now with no problem in connectivity whatsoever. Everything worked perfectly fine. Now about 2 weeks back we needed to get a new router because our old one couldn't handle the new fiber optic cables. So I switched from a FritzBOX! 7490 to a 7690. When I then connected my Quest 2 to WLAN both the link cable and Air Link stopped working. My PC would show up inside of Link, I can select it, but when trying to connect it loads for a while before telling me it wasn't able to connect. I already tried pretty much everything I could. Restarting my Quest 2 and my PC, reinstalling the Link App, deleting EVERY Oculus file on my PC and freshly reinstall the app. Nothing worked.
I figured that my Quest 2 can't handle the stronger connection, so i bought a Quest 3 as replacement. When I connected the Quest 3, the same problem showed up again. Doing every step above again didn't solve it. With the Quest 3 the link cable weirdly works, but Air Link still doesn't connect with the same error message. Now to make it even weirder, my PC is normally connected over an ethernet-cable to a repeater, simply because my router is a floor higher and the wireless connection can get unstable at times. When I unplug my PC and pretty much force it to use the wireless connection, my PC won't even show up in Link, even after reconnecting it. Only after restarting my PC will it show up again.
I'm pretty much at my wits end here. Any help in figuring this out would be highly appreciated, because otherwise I just wasted over 500 dollars on a Quest 3 that i will use maybe 3 times a year.

Hi there!
We understand from your message that you are experiencing some problems with your Airlink connection after changing your router, so we wanted to see if we could help you resolve this and get you back on the Airlink connection.
Since this problem started after I changed my router, can you check to see if you can still connect with the older router?
Can you check to see if you can connect without using the repeater?
What happens when you sit closer to the router?
Check if the headset has any Wi-Fi issues outside of Air Link?
Since this is a new router, can you check to see if there is any additional security such as a firewall? If so, see if you can temporarily disable it by whitelisting your headset.
We hope to hear back from you soon with these details!
