I own a quest 2 and a quest 3. I purchased red matter 2 for the quest 3 but, it will only install on the quest 2. How can I get the quest 3 to recognize my purchases?
Hi there @OneFistGamer, we see you are having issues with Red Matter 2 not appearing on the Quest 3 like it did for the Quest 2. Like @user_901925786032222 said, are both headset sharing the same account? Being able to access games the games you own is something that you should be able to do, but since this is not the case, we would love to do all that we can to address this issue for you.
