Hi is just got a quest 2 second hand and it works perfectly, but in the app now that I connected a link cable it shows both my quest 2 and a rift s, as connected, I don't own a rift s. I know that quest used to be rift, I just need help figuring out how to get the rift s off my app. I was able 1 time to click remove device and it went away, the next day it was back. But now I can't click remove device. Do I just ignore it? I can connect quest 2 via link cable just fine.
Some users have said that uninstalling and reinstalling the Oculus App fixed their issue however, if you are still able to connect to your device regardless you may not want to go through the trouble.

To be honest I forgot I sent a question to the forums...thanx for the reply, yes I actually did a reinstall and now it's working as intended......for the most part, I have it plugged into a powered usb hub and it seems that if I turn it off after a session and come back to it hours later my pc can't see it, a reboot fixes ot though.
