So in 2021 I bought the quest 2 off amazon, the device shows on this website: https://auth.meta.com/settings/my/devices/ but not this one: https://www.meta.com/my/devices/
This is a problem for me because I want to claim a free silicon cover since this foam one is really irritating and uncomfortable. I tried submitting a support ticket on the meta website but the serial number on my headset wasn't recognised for some reason.
