Quest 2 bad performance in standalone

Hi! I have a quest 2 and I am wondering if I am the only one who have performance issues with it? Like in some game (when using ovr metrics), I see my fps sometimes stable at 72fps but in an other game it could have difficulty going higher than 40 or 50fps… Why?? Is it normal? Am I supposed to have no performance problems on standalone because the games are optimized to run smoothly without problems? I really need clarification please… Also, in horizon worlds the fps are sometimes capped at 36 (wtf?) it’s not even playable my hands stutter as hell and it’s very not smooth? Please someone help me fix that (unless it’s completely normal with the quest 2)

I'm not 100% sure which game that is but if it's something like Horizon Worlds that permits user-generated content, how do you know the content creator has optimised it for Quest 2?

Because I have 36 fps in the horizon central and this is made by meta. I could go in a game and have 72fps…
