I use virtual desktop and it shows 30% battery life
on the meta main screen it shows 100% until I unplug my headset then it drops to 30%
I keep checking every so often and it keeps shooting up to 100%...when its not 100%, unplugging it again drops it back down
This has to be a firmware issue if something else gets the battery life correct but the meta main screen doesn't

Hey there @Veotrits! We can imagine its super confusing for the multiple readings on your battery. We want to make sure everything is working as it should, and look forward to teaming up with you on this. First, we want you to try charging the device for a full 2 hours, making sure the headset is powered off or in a sleeping state. Next, try draining the battery and note how much usage time you get after letting it charge for 2 hours. Please get back to us after you have given this a try, and let us know the results.

It said 100% then I unplugged it and it went to 57%
this apparently has became a common issue and not just a issue with mine.

Thank you for this update @Veotrits! Are you saying after letting it charge for 2 hours it displayed at 100%, and after you unplugged it, it displayed at 57%? Also, before you unplugged it, what color was the LED?

it was green

When you plugged it up to charge was it at 30% and after 2 hours it went to 57%?

correct

And after turning green I tapped the power and it said 100%
then I unplugged it then it just dropped to 57% the very moment it was unplugged

Thank you for this clarification. We would like you to try and charge the headset with a different cable and wall adapter, and possibly a different outlet. Clearly there seems to be an issue with the power display, but it's possible a hard reboot may clear that out. What we are trying to figure out currently is if there is also a charging issue with the headset. In addition, make sure to remove any accessories like the Elite Strap with Battery or any third-party accessories.

I already disconnected everything, I used a different cable and I tend to turn my headset off when I charge it.
I do not understand how a different outlet would change anything due to the fact that I used a multimeter to measure if my home was having a brownout and everything measured just fine at 60hz 116-120 volts.
The battery pack I have also with charges fine with no issue on each cable I used.
I have also done a hard reset before I even posted this issue.
