Hello I need help with a oculus quest 2. See my brother found his oculus quest 2 and gave it to me. Only problem is that he doesn’t remember the account email or the password used to unlock the system. I tried to use the boot menu to factory reset it, but it wouldn’t show up. So I powered it off, I held down the power button and the volume down button for over 2 minutes and no boot menu showed up. That is the only way I can factory reset it since I can’t do it on the app. Could I get some help please?
Yeah I'm having the same issue were i needed to factory reset my headset because my oculus shows a black screen but I can hear everything but the boot menu won't show up.
