So my quest 2 will only accept chargers under 15W and when they become disconnected/connected the quest 2 freezes and restarts and now recently it died and when I went to charge it, it has the red led but after a few mins it turns on goes to the screen to enter my code to get on and a few seconds later it powers down I don’t know if just letting it die completely will fix it but I use my headset almost everyday and need to fix it asap

@cam.the.bunn leave the headset to charge overnight until the charge LED goes green. Hold the power button down for one minute to completely turn the headset off. Hold down the minis volume button and press the power button to get the headset into USB update mode. First try the hard boot option and if that doesn't work try the factory reset option. If you still get the black screen, there could be an issue with the proximity sensor.

So I think I found out it needs a new charging port as when I plugged it in earlier it just smoked and my charger keeps going off on a short when I plugged it into the headset

I just I don’t have money to get the port replaced or even get a new headset as It’s out of warranty
