Quest 2 connectivity error - Limited connection to internet

 I have a quest 2 and it was saying I had a limited connection to my internet and I have good wifi so I factory reset it and I tryed logging back into my acc I remember the password but when I go the settings devices and connect new device it does not work please if you have any answers tell me

We see this happened after the factory reset, and so we can look into this further, we would need some more details. If that's the part where you are supposed to connect via a web browser then I have found:

Firefox doesn't seem to work. Chrome and Edge work ok.

It takes quite a while to respond after you click on responses. Be patient and don't hit reload or close the browser.
