My quest 2 just auto-updated to the latest Meta Horizon OS level. When started my quest 2, everyhting works fine in the OS interface. After I launch an app, the controller just disappeared. the only button that still working is the button that let me quit the app. So far I have tried Skybox VR and DEO VR, both are the same. Anyone got the same issue? Thanks

I did a factory reset and it seems going back to an earlier OS build. That problem is gone for now.
The following link shows you how to factory reset the headset.

same issue, v72 seems to be the culprit but no fixes found yet.
update - hard booting your quest (simultaneous power and "-" volume button hold) and then boot device seems to help with this.

Yup, same issue here. My headset updated right before I was going to workout with Supernatural. None of the apps/games I opened show my controllers or even my hands.

Also having this problem with my quest 2 within the last few days. Everything works fine on the main screen/menus, but as soon as I launch an app they disappear. It is not happening with my quest 3... Wife is seeing in other places that a factory reset of the system fixed the issue.

Same here, controllers worked again for a day, then gone again today. Not working with Beat Saber, Smash Drums, Synth Rider...

I'm also having this issue after updating to v72 on my Q3. The only app I've used so far is the windows app and it lets me use the controller for a second after pressing the trigger but quickly goes away making it impossible to press anything. I've done a hard reboot as mentioned in an earlier comment and this did not help.

Same problem, meta needs to test their software before releasing it.
