I have a really annoying issue with my controllers for the quest 2. Every time I enter a game my controllers stop tracking,it's completely fine when it's on the home screen or menu but when I enter a game it just stops working. I have reset my controllers,un-pair then re-paired l, changed batteries, EVERYTHING and I don't get it! I just wanna play on my vr but it's stopping me... I'm about to lose it bc I went to turn off my vr on the power options then my tracking went and I'm stuck on that screen I can't go off it.
@CinbuVR this is a well-known issue introduced with a recent update. there are many posts and threads here on the subject where a factory reset may be the fix.
