Quest 2 controllers disconnect when I turn my headset on

Hey y’all, it’s me again. My friend has this thing with his controllers where when he turns on his headset his controllers just don’t connect. Idk what this is but he has to restart his entire headset to get them to connect. He’s tried taking out the battery’s and putting them back in but it doesn’t work. Can someone please help and tell us what’s going on,

When the controllers are on do they blink? In addition, other than a restart have they done a factory reset?

We both don’t know how to do a factory reset on the controllers but I’ll ask about the light blinking, and yes, we have put in new battery’s. So I’ve got no clue what to do and his headset is quite new too!

There is no way to factory reset the controllers but you can with the headset. Please let them know to get connected with us through a PM! We will need to get them to the right place to get a better look into this for them!

Well that controller problem is fixed but now we both can’t see each other on our oculus page, we can’t text nor can we call. And I cannot view his profile neither can he with my profile. I have some screen shots of what it’s came up with. Please can you help us.
