Both of my controllers will constantly not be able to be tracked or have any buttons work. They are connected and have a full battery but still nothing works. I've also tried reseting my headset and I am not sure what to do because I have tried every possible thing. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this please help me out.

So you held the button down for a couple minutes and it worked?

It intermittently worked when I did that, but finally worked after following an update and resyncing.
