My controllers not working

If you haven't already, we recommend trying some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue. Here are a few things you can try:

Start by cleaning the controller. You can use compressed air to remove any debris that might be affecting its performance.
Check if you have any unsupported third-party accessories attached to the controller, such as controller covers or attachments. Removing them might help with thumbstick motion or controller detection.
Try removing the battery from the controller for 30 seconds and then insert a new battery. Sometimes a simple reset can do wonders.
Unpair and pair the controller to the headset. This can help establish a fresh connection and resolve any connectivity issues.
Lastly, you can recalibrate the controller joystick range and deadzone. This might help if there are any calibration issues causing the problem.

after youdone up date i cant log in sayi g all my details are wrong

not controller its after update i cant enter te code that is showing
