I don't know what caused this, they were working fine a day ago, but now whenever I load an app, my controllers no longer track. I have tried multiple applications so I know it isn't an issue on a dev's part. But now I can't use my headset for any games. I have already tried to unpair and repair my controllers and I have reset my headset multiple times, but nothing is working. They seem fine, the batteries are full and they function fine until I load something up and they stop tracking my input, is anyone else having this problem? Are there any fixes?

I am having this issue also. I have also seen others with the same issue. I have tried side loading an update, unpairing and repairing the controllers, taking out batteries, etc. Nothing has worked for me so far.

HI - we're having similar issue - controllers are new batteries, they work fine within the menu but as soon as he goes onto a game - they don't work - fine the other day but now nothing, it isn't a controller issue as they work when in the menu and selecting games and doing the boundary etc - have you fixed it - if so how? Thank you

Same issue here. Tried resetting controllers and powering down headset. Neither worked. The controllers work in the home screen but will not work in any apps.

Meta needs to fix this or this thing is a $400 brick! Clearly a widespread issue.

I submitted a support ticket, and they were really responsive. The only thing that worked for me was a Factory Reset. Maybe it will work for you.

Yeah same for me, I think it's a software issue related to the newest quest version

Same issue for me, too. I really hope they release a software update that fixes this soon.

My headset is now collecting dust. This stinks.
I'm not really excited about resetting my headset, so I hope a fix is coming soon. I installed the newest update (V72) from last week and it didn't help. sigh.
