I am using the official link cable and successfully connect the quest 2 to my PC. I get a popup message that says "Allow access to data" in the headset, click Allow, and then the device immediately becomes disconnected. Why is this happening?

Hey man, did you find a fix for this? I am having the same exact issue. I sent a ticket and initiated a chat. Sent logs, the whole 9 yards. Chat was no help. After sending the logs, she asked if we could move the conversation to email.... i never got an email with the fix. Submitting a ticket says 1-2 day turnaround. I was hoping you had a fix.
