Any advice would be much appreciated. When the headset was put into storage it had a charge and was working with no issues. After being in storage for about 3 months, it not starting up or charging. Thanks!
even if the headset was charged before you put it in storage, it might be that the battery is deeply drained after 3 months. Let the headset on charger over night and see if there is some charging the next day.
If not, open a suppor ticket HERE scroll down the page to "contact support" button or send a PM @MetaQuestSupport click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.
