Any advice would be much appreciated. When the headset was put into storage it had a charge and was working with no issues. After being in storage for about 3 months, it not starting up or charging. Thanks!
even if the headset was charged before you put it in storage, it might be that the battery is deeply drained after 3 months. Let the headset on charger over night and see if there is some charging the next day.
