Quest 2 headset can't be detected or paired to pc

I plug in my headset and it doesn't show up in on the headset and it just loads forever on the quest app. I click quit setup and it said Graphics card not compatible and headset cant be detected or paired. it worked before but stopped working randomly I also had to factory reset my laptop/pc but still don'tScreenshot (27).png work anyone know what to do?

Hey there! We see your having the same issue and would be more than happy to provide you with a few information and get you to the right place! To begin we do have to make sure your PC is within the requirements and to check you can click here to see what we support! However, if you know your within the guidelines and are still having issues we want to get you connected with our Meta Store Support. As due to the limited tools we have through our Forums we can't collect logs but will need to have support check them out for you.

O for Gods sake WHY WONT IT CONNECT THE PC to Quest 2 hardware with a cable and a PC that I know has worked well.? No the mongrol will not connect.
