Quest 2 headset will not connect to Wi-Fi anymore?

I've been playing for over a year no problems, all of a sudden one day I can't connect to the internet on my quest headset, I open the quest app on my phone I'm on Bluetooth, locations on everything is good and the same as it always has been but when it tells me to enter the five digit number from the quest headset into the meta quest app it says headset cannot connect to Wi-Fi even though every other device I own is connected to my router. I cannot get to any menu to check the headset connection Bluetooth or nothing, I am stuck at that five numbered **bleep** screen in my headset. I had spent over $1,000 buying games and crap for this thing. If anybody understands what the hell is going on please help

Hey there, @Rowdycompany! We can definitely empathize with how you are feeling and would love to help you figure out why your headset doesn't seem to be connecting to Wi-Fi. Can you let us know when this started happening, and what troubleshooting steps you have tried? We look forward to your reply!

I have tried everything from restarting my headset to a factory reset. And NOW I am stuck at the screen in my quest 2 headset where it asks to connect to my wifi, I try to connect and it refuses to connect even though every other single device in my house works perfectly with the very same router.

Thank you for getting back to us with this information. Are you able to attempt to connect the device to a different network, by chance? For example, can you see if it will connect to your mobile data network instead of your house Wi-Fi? Please let us know if it works or not. We're more than happy to continue investigating.
