I just got an Oculus Quest 2 from my buddy and I decided to factory reset it to start from scratch. Boy, was that a huge mistake! I get to the setup screen and it tells me to download the "Meta Quest" app and enter a pairing code. As y'all know, the quest app is now "Meta Horizon" or whatever. Quest 2 isn't even an option on the add devices screen, as it will not connect. It seems to be just the newer models. I can't get into a screen, prompting for me to enter a code. Is there a way to get through this, or is it outdated? Should I give it back?

Hello @SimsRecording,
Doing a factory reset remove all account information, downloaded games and content from the headset. You now need to set up the Meta Quest 2 with your own account and details. You can find some help on your support pages.
If your phone can't automatically pair with your Quest 2, you'll need to get the pairing code from your headset. Just put the headset on, and you should see the five-digit pairing code on display.

Yes, hand it back - these things get no better on the Quest 3. It's like a toddler designed them.
