Hello, I have a Meta Quest 2. And I was playing VR a couple hours ago, then hopped off. I left it on sleep, and then I tried to go on but it refused to turn on. All I see is the logo spinning and it occasionally fading away. I tried holding the power off for 15 seconds, it turned off, then back on. But it continued to be just the logo spinning. I let the logo be for around 5 minutes. Just to see if it’s an update taking longer than it should, yet nothing changed. I tried the power off button again. Nothing changed again but just a black screen then it automatically turning back on. Didn’t know what else to do so I factory restarted to see if it would do anything (this was my last resort) so I did. It erased the data, then back to the logo. Have no idea what to do, please help me
