For some, stupid reason, my oculus is broken in more ways than one. Any help?
1. Gaurdian issues
Sometimes I'll be doing literally anything after adjusting my gaurdian and setting my floor level, and it will randomly make my floor level 10 feet below my actual floor level. Sometimes it will make me instantly tall than I actually am. Sometimes it'll say "Return to play area" and close all other apps just because of this error, even though I am in the play area. Then, when I try to remake my gaurdian, my floor level just zooms down 20 feet below me, and even when I set my guardian to my exact room layout, floor level and boundary, the floor level will constantly shift me up and down for no reason.
2. Controller issues.
I don't get this one at all, since this only started happening after an update that added hand tracking and redid the GUI interface. Sometimes, in a perfectly lit environment, with fully charged controllers, they will just stop working. I'll shake them and press triggers, and then it will give an error saying: "Controllers lost - Press + and - volume buttons to exit". (this usally happens when I am in oculus link.) And sometimes, it will just switch to hand tracking while I'm holding the controllers.
Please help me. I have tried restarting my PC, and my Oculus, and I have no other solution for this problem. I spent $500 on this thing and I am really considering getting a Valve Index or HTC Vive. I have even more problems that have happened to me the longer I have owned this headset. It seems like every update the quality of the software on this thing weakens.

For the guardian issue, can you let us know if clearing the Guardian History will help:
Press the Oculus Button on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.
Select Settings in the top right corner.
Select Guardian from the left menu.
Select Clear Guardian History.
To troubleshoot the controller issue, can you please attempt the following:
Remove the batteries for 10-15 minutes and place in brand new batteries (this will reset the firmware).
Double check the new batteries have no cosmetic damage.
