My Quest 2 is stuck. I power on and see the meta logo, then what looks like a SD card image with a down arrow and a green bar loads at the bottom. Then another screen with the Meta logo that never goes away. I have tried to factory reset, but it still happens. Please help

@jevey22 Hmm, that's quite an issue there. Did the Factory reset go through fully when you tried it out?

 

When the logo pops up, could you try holding the power button for roughly 30-40 seconds? 

 

Was the headset ever dropped maybe?

Thanks for the ideas. None were successful. Had to chat w the Meta help desk and they are going to replace it. Super nice of them.
