Quest 2 issues with pairing to mobile phone

Last year in December I paired my quest with my phone and it worked. After that I got a new phone and tired to pair the headset to that  and it didn’t work so I factory reset it and tried pairing again but each time I put in the pairing code it says it can’t connect. I have tried all the recommended troubleshoot options but nothings working and I tried connecting with a different phone and it still didn’t work so at this point idk what to do and I need help
