Quest 2 just updated, now audio and controller...

My quest 2 just got updated to the latest public version of the software.  I now have the meta logo on boot.

I'm having 2 pretty major issues and I'm hoping someone has some info that can help.  First I'm no longer getting any audio and the audio worked fine right before I updated.

Second (and it's not every game) I'm suddenly having major tracking issues.   I was trying to play contractor's and the tracking was going crazy.  It was like the quest 2 thought I was standing in front of myself and at a 45 degree angle.

My arms were basically floating a couple feet in front of me and as if I had turned my entire body sideways.  It's very strange.

I'm hoping this is temporary and I don't need to do a factory reset or anything and I'm really hoping something isn't broken because I've only had it for about 4 months.

Thanks!

Oh geez, Contractor's in third person with no audio sounds like the most hardcore experience you could have in that game. Let's see what we can do about that! Try wiping down the sensors on the front of the headset with a microfiber cloth, as it can mess with the tracking if they're dusty, dirty, or have smudges/fingerprints on them. If you have any experimental features enabled, try disabling all of them to test if one of the settings is influencing the tracking and/or audio somehow. Speaking of test, what's your battery life at when testing for these issues? If they're low battery, try letting it charge to full, then test again.

It's possible your tracking frequency is changing the way your headset is detecting your movements, so you should try all 3 settings (50Hz, 60Hz, and auto) to see if that changes anything. As for the audio, does the audio work fine when headphones are plugged in?

Can you also let us know which games/apps this is happening with for audio and tracking?

Let us know if any of that works or not, and we'll help out after getting more info!
