Quest 2 left controller not powering on or pairing

Hi,

I haven't used my Quest 2 headset for about 2 weeks and after coming back to it my left controller fails to power on. I have changed the batteries, made sure all hardware is updated, run a power cycle, everything that the FAQs have said to do to fix this issue and nothing works. When I click the menu button, the LED doesn't flash. Along with when I hold the menu and Y button down together. How can I fix this?
