About a year ago i had dropped my headset from about a 2-3 foot height. After i had picked it up and put it back on i had thought i broke the left part of the screen. But shortly after, the screen had returned to normal (or so i thought). Now, since then ive been playing on the headset and its been fine for about a minute or two but as the headset warms up, the left sides backlight flickers and slowly turns off. The only solution ive found is to constantly put pressure on the left side of the headset (which i cant constantly do). So im wondering what is going on internally and how i would be able to fix it.

Greetings @JakeGOOF,
I see your having a problem, you can get it fixed, or you can fix it DIY. Start by taking the the face thing, and at the top, then unscrew screws, the open it up, take for errors and problems to make it work, when you find out the problem, then you can screw everything back in. You may need to buy parts to fix the errors. With this did not help, then contact @MetaQuestSupport and message them your problem and get more help and info from there. I hope this helps.
