My friend keeps on using her link cable as a means of using SteamVR (Her wi-fi connection is VERY unstable as she lives in a housing complex). She launches SteamVR, it works perfectly fine, but then she launches literally any VR title and the game either stays on a black screen and crashes or like VRChat stays on a black screen for a long while then finally switches from a VR-Mode launch to a Desktop-Mode launch (It's launch settings were set specifically to VR-Mode Launch ONLY). The following are all of the fixes we have attempted :
Link Cable was swapped with a different one
USB-C port had drivers uninstalled & reinstalled
Unknown Sources has been checked off & on ( Was previously set to on )
OculusSetup Full Repair & Uninstall/Reinstall
SteamVR File Integrity Check & Uninstall/Reinstall
Priority set to Realtime in Task Manager (Swapped back when it didn't work)
Manually cleared VRChat cache/Verified File Integrity & Uninstall/Reinstall
Used Task Manager to close Steam/SteamVR completely and then re-open the application as an administator.

These issues started to appear approximately 9 days ago. I had her download her crash report from her VRChat crash folder, so if a crash report is needed it can be provided. The USB-C port test succeeds every time. She has it set to 72 Hz, I'll need to ask what her resolution was set to, but that shouldn't even have contributed to the problem since she's never had issues prior with that resolution. Her PC meets ALL specs as it was purchased no less than a year ago.
The only error code she has been receiving at all is an error code ' 109 ' from SteamVR. Nothing else at all.
