Quest 2 looping between Meta logo and download

Hello. I turned on my quest 2 headset and immediately this chip with a download arrow and a green bar pops up. I let it finish loading and then it shows the meta logo rotates fades and continues doing the same thing. Is anyone having this problem? And how can I fix this?

You have the dreaded bootloop.

 

Do a factory reset and pray it fixes the problem. While the headset is off, press and hold the power button and volume down button until the usb boot menu appears.

First try using the restart option. If that doesn’t work then try Use the the factory reset option.
