Quest 2 not pairing with mobile app

I can’t get back into my oculus account on vr 

I have tried a factory resetting 2x

after factory resetting I had to do the tutorial 

on the tutorial it said to pair my device to my iPhone on oculus Mobile app and gave me a code to use on the app but I use the code and it said to try again later 

I’ve tried it thousands of times but it will not work 

I have turned of Bluetooth on both devices and still does not work I’ve watched every YouTube video and it still has a problem 

plz help.

On another thread someone found the best work around, need to download the developer hub on a pc.  Got mine back up and running last night following this video:

Same issue.  Factory reset headset, deleted and reinstalled app.  App says headset found enter number, but when i do the app then says “can’t pair headset”.

Me effing too!! Horrible tech support!! Please H E L P META!!! DO YOUR JOB!!!! 😞

Glad to know I’m not alone. I think an update was pushed that made it stop pairing. This shouldn’t happen after less than 2 years with minimal usage. So disappointed.
