So my meta quest 2 is practically broken. When I logged on one day, my controllers turned on but never showed the Lazer/Pointer on both controllers. So, I tried all of the troubleshooting methods for the controller and headset over a few days, and when none worked, I tried to do a factory reset. So, firstly, I tried going through the boot menu, and it would never pop up. It would go into a constantly restarting meta spinning logo if I held it for too long, and when I let go, it just led me to the regular log-in screen. Then, I tried through the app, and I couldn't pair my quest because I couldn't use my pointer to type in the password, so I couldn't see the 5-digit code. Then, I tried through the website, and when I pressed factory reset, it seemed like it worked when it gave me a confirmation email. But when I looked inside the headset, there was no factory reset done. Now, I can't use ADB to Factory reset or force an update because I do not have developer mode enabled, and my headset refuses to connect to my PC through Bluetooth. If anybody knows any solutions, it would be greatly appreciated as I cannot find anything.
