I've had my Quest 2 for a little over a year. The night before I played GOLF+ then plugged it in and went to bed. The next day it would not turn on or charge and the status light seems to me dysfunctional as well. It's been going on for three days, what can I do?
Hey there, @AmericanSniper2790 thanks for reaching out to us about your headset. We do have some questions about it not charging so we can hopefully get you back into VR ASAP! Can you let us know:
what color is your headset LED when trying to charge?
is it a solid light, or does it blink
where are your charging it at?
Are you using the original charge cable that came with the headset?
What trouble shooting steps have you tried so far?
