When i bought my oculus off the meta website wanted it preloaded with blade and sorcery and when i got it and set it up and its not preloaded. Pleaze help
It's not possible to get a headset with a preloaded game.
The games are tied to account which is used to purchase them, not to the headset.
So, if you bought blade and socery with your Quest, you should see the "install" button instead of the "purchase" button in store. Just tab on "install.....either in the store in headset or in store in the mobile app on phone.
If you don't have that "install" button and it still says "purchase" send a PM @MetaQuestSupport
click on the name to visit their profile page, then click the "send a message" button.
They are able to help you, in case something went wrong with your purchase.
