Quest 2 problem spatial_pe. Keeps stopping

Hey there, @Swan1999! We hate to hear that the Spatial app is not working properly for you. We understand how app crashes can impact the overall VR experience, and we're happy to look into this with you! 

 

  • Could you please let us know if other apps or games are also crashing? 
  • Have you checked to make sure that your internet connection is stable and does not have multiple devices on it at the same time?

 

Please provide as much detail as you can about what you are experiencing. Once we have more information, we will be able to better assist you!

Basically, can’t do anything…it happened while logged into play Population1.

The headset reset and just after “see through” screen comes up, for a split second, create guardian box pops up then screen shows…

Power reset does not help, same problem persists.  
Also, the headset is connected to my phone using Bluetooth, but does not connect to Wi-Fi and headset will not “forget network” when I attempt to clear
