Quest 2 problems

Hi, I've had a oculus quest 2 for a couple of years now and never had a problem until recently.  Had not used it for a few months so decided to have a go. Day1 everything working fine.  2nd day didn't have any hand controllers at all, tried restarting,  tried unpairing and repairing hand controllers,  now factory reset.  But nothing has given me my hands back? What else can I do? The headset is back to the original start up, but can't do anything as got no controllers?

Hello Paul.wetlake11,

 

We get that you are having some problems with your controllers. not working as they should.

 

If you have not done so already can you check the following:

 

Remove unsupported third-party accessories that may affect power, battery fit, or controller detection. For example, rechargeable grips, controller covers, etc.

Replace the controller battery by a fresh one

  • Check the LED status (blinking, solid, or no light at all

Let us know what the results are when you try that!

Tried changing the batteries etc and I don't have any third party accessories.  I don't know what it is.
